CLUTCH CARDS LLC AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in Clutch Cards LLC's Affiliate Program ("Program"), you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

2. Affiliate Obligations

1. To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a complete Program application.
2. Clutch Cards LLC may reject your application at our sole discretion if we feel that your website is unsuitable for our Program.
3. As an affiliate, you may use any form of promotion you choose, as long as it's not deceptive or misleading.

3. Clutch Cards LLC Rights and Obligations

1. We have the right to monitor your site at any time to determine if you are following the Terms of Service.
2. We may notify you of any changes to your site that we feel should be made.
3. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program if you don't comply with our guidelines.

4. Termination

Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
• Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
• Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
• Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.

5. Payment

1. Affiliates will receive a commission for sending authorized sales via links provided by Clutch Cards LLC.
2. The commission structure is determined by Clutch Cards LLC and may change at our discretion.
3. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed.

6. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Notice of any change by email, to your address on our records, or the posting on our site, is considered sufficient notice for notifying you of a modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clutch Cards LLC will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Disclaimers

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program.

9. Miscellaneous

This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut.
